It is with a heavy heart and an immense amount of sadness that I bring you guys this news. Yesterday i received a letter from Nintendo of America (at least it was english i guess?). Specifically I recieved a Cease and Desist order. Under threat of legal action I am being forced to take down the server.

As of noon tomorrow the game server and Teamspeak server for Hyrule online will close forever. As part of the agreement I have worked out with the NOA reps we may keep our website and forums active, however we must swiftly remove any and all references to any Nintendo IP.

It has been alot of fun guys…i tried to fight this but we are not capable of doing anything except failing in the end…
Stay tuned, Stoffe and I, along with the other devs are going to begin discussing a new project that we CAN bring to you guys.

I am truly, truly sorry for all of this guys.
